1. Mindset: Remember that the company wants to hire you. Treat it as a mutual opportunity to assess fit. Approach the interview with positivity and confidence.

2. Review Job Description: Review the role's requirements and responsibilities, align your experiences with the descriptions, and prepare in advance your responses to the common interview questions.

3. Research: Study the company’s values, mission, culture, and recent developments.

4. Prepare Questions: Prepare 4-5 thoughtful questions about the role or the company to ask the interviewers.

5. Prepare Outfits: Choose professional, role-appropriate attire. It's better to overdress than to underdress

6. Do a Mock Interview: Practice answers to common questions with a friend or mentor who can provide honest and constructive feedback.
